Ivory silk with lovely white organza flower type loops at either side. Wraps around the waist and snaps together. A large jabot type bow is sewn together in the front and hangs quite low and long. Measures 36. 5" round. No label.

Excellent condition. No issues worth noting other than it could do with a better pressing.
