This measures out to right between a modern size 12-14.Measurements are:Bust: 42Waist: 33Hip: 42Length: 46Considering its age the dress is in really great shape with only two VERY MINOR flaws:-There is a very small repair (it appears there was a small hole or tear that was mended on the upper right shoulder which is not noticeable unless looking for it. (A zoomed in pic is provided). Along the neckline where the fabric folds down on the inside are a few TINY pin holes. You can only see them did holding the top of the dress up to a light source and can’t see them when worn at all.
