This is a book piece. Fifty Years of Collectible Fashion Jewelry 1925 to 1975 by Lillian Baker. Pg 143-143. From our research, we feel that this might be a Placco era Coro piece.

Condition: Very good vintage. Rhinestones shiny. Light gentle spots of wear to back of clasp mechanism. Not noticeable under normal wear but when inspected very closely. See pics. Sold as is.
