50s/40s 3 Vintage Blue Cameoware Dessert Salad Plates

This is a set of 3 beautiful vintage periwinkle blue Cameoware dessert or salad plates with the Dainty Flower stencil pattern in white. They have both scalloped and flat edges and are a square shape, which is about 8 ¾” across.

All of them have minor crazing and some discoloring on the front in the white (typical with Cameoware). One of has a large chip on the back rim, which you don’t see on the front, discoloring on the back, and there’s a spot on the front rim where the paint missed, (it’s not a chip, this would have happened during production). Another has a small on chip on the front rim and several chips on the back, which you don’t see on the front, and some discoloring on the back. The third has a few small chips on the back. See pics for some examples. I have more pics than I was able to post; let me know if you’d like to see them.

Please see my other Cameoware listings.

Harker Pottery produced Cameoware from 1936 until the 1950s. The stencil pattern on this plate was called "Dainty Blue" and "White Blossom" in the company’s sales brochures but is now usually called "Dainty Flower.” Harker’s brochures said Cameoware was made of “semi-porcelain that is heatproof, coldproof, and acid-resisting.”

Marked “Cameoware by Harker Pottery Co Patented USA” on the back.
