This dress from late 90s is poly chiffon with perfect 1920s details. Plain bodice is tank style, but the fun starts at the dropped waist, which has asymmetrical waist seaming in front and back. Handkerchief hem too. The poly chiffon is sheer, so it has a solid yellow knit underdress, also poly. Just add the right accessories and you're a flapper! CONDITION: no flaws
