This is "under the wire" vintage, from 2001. It's a fine reproduction of a 20s wedding gown. It's two dresses in one because there's a white knit underdress / slip dress with adjustable straps underneath and separate. The top layer is all lace with tiny silver sequins and applique work. Loose, shift style with dropped waist, it just slips over head. The applique work was done with raw edges which gives is a soft fringe effect. If you are a bride on a budget, this may suit you even if you're not having a 20s themed wedding. Just add the right accessories. It has no flaws and it's not soiled, but it has not been cleaned. Thus the lower price. Model is size 6 but this will fit up to extra larges maybe even plus.
