Professional construction with a Bessie Parson, St. Paul label found at the interior. The hat is constructed in a gorgeous black silk velvet and a flash of cerulean blue velvet on the underside of the wide, scalloped edge brim. The hat is styled as wide brim bonnet cloche and has beautiful velvet millinery flower details to one side of the brim. The intended fit is as shown, at the back/top crown of the head with the blue underside of the brim to frame the face.

Condition is listed as very good. Some minor surface abrasions noted to the velvet and minor, general notes of age. A few small splices to the interior silk lining. Presentation is absolutely gorgeous.
