Size - Labeled size 2 but seen in photos on an almost 4 year old. It has a lot of stretch

Chest - 7. 5" pit to pit, stretches to 10. 5"

Length - 9. 5"

Condition - This is brand new deadstock that is 100 years old. I did not clean this because of the attached labels but I don't see any stains and I don't smell any odors.
