Purchased from a French dealer in the early 1980's, this garment was created by the famous Liberty's of London for their Paris shop (1890-1932.) The English aesthestic dress was a counterpoint to formal French fashion

Beautiful blue silk velvet lined 20's flapper opera cape. An open cocoon shape with no closures. The body is a blue, gold and red multi colored metallic floral brocade.

Good condition, Really a one size fits all garment, but measures size L (10 - 12) and XL (14 - 16).
