This hat is so much more beautiful than my amateur photo skills can capture. Its in amazing antique condition. Early 1900s made in France and sold in USA. The Fur Wool is solid I did not even see moth bites which is near impossible. The silk banding on rim is also without noticeable damage. The wide silk band is good except some freying on the back end pieces.

I would guess this is from 1900's to 1920 at latest and sold in Spokane WA at one of its high end shops.

I am a brim down type of person but this can be worn either way. Only thing I would do to this hat is take it to a quality millenary shop and have it cleaned and steamed to the preferred shape you want.

Measurement is tagged a 22 and I do not own a proper hat measurement tool as for they are insanely expensive. I use a rounded tape but it is only approximate as for hard to keep all firm all the way around and especially on a soft crowned hat.

I show the hat at least a 21" to 22" as tagged.
