Djer-Kiss was one of THE brands in the 1910s and 1920s, selling wonderful product in beautiful packages with heart-stopping ads. They were considered accessible to women at many income levels ... The last photo shows a 1920 ad from a Sears catalogue.
Here's a large-size bottle that probably held eau de toilette with a fancy stopper. A similar bottle (not exactly the same) was retailing at Sears for $6. 39 in 1920 ... adjusted for inflation, $83. 69! The label is missing, alas, but the bottle still makes a wonderful display. And you can always print a label or ad from the internet to enjoy with the authentic bottle.
Notice the wonderful DK logo on the side ... and the coveted "Paris France."
Other Djer-Kiss items, including a record that plays a branded waltz, are available in other listings.
From a nonsmoking, pet-loving home.
