Gorgeous 1920s crinkle chiffon silk dress in a lovely blue rose print. Sweet flutter sleeves and velvet flowers on the bustline are wonderful details. Handkerchief hem. Fabric is sheer and would be worn with a slip. Closes on the side with hook and snaps. Very good condition. No flaws to note. No labels present.
