Fun 20s Brown Tunic Top, Asymmetric Neckline, Fun Little Bow

This is a fun autumn brown 20s velvet top. The blouse has a square but asymmetric neckline that dips down on the left side where there is a small bow that is backed in cream silk. The bodice is loose-fitting and hangs down just past the hips and has long sleeves. The bodice is almost long enough that if you are petite it could be a dress.
