Professional construction with no design or manufacture labels present. Impeccably constructed and very well made with finished interior seams and a very large hem allowance. The fabric is a bold black rayon georgette with a great semi sheer open weave and a really good amount of stretch. Era accurate styling for this dress is intended to fit loose but would be absolutely lethal if allowed to hug the curves.

Styled with elbow length sleeves, a boat neck collar, drop waist, and self-tie bow details at the neck line and waist. The dress has no closures and is to be dressed overhead.

Condition is listed as good plus. There are a few tiny period darns noted here and there, predominantly under the neck bow detail (please see fourth photo) and one noted in the skirt. A snag here or there maybe noted only upon very close inspection. There is a subtle variance, mottling of the black color at the back left hip of the skirt - there is no fading, mottling is the perfect term - just some subtle spots where the black appears to present slightly darker. This notation is generally unseen on the body.
