Description - Polished black cotton sleeveless dress from the 20s. I think this probably had a piece that went on top once upon a time but I think it looks cute as a tank dress. The top has a drawstring to adjust fit. It has a drop waist. The bottom tier is a different fabric or maybe it just has creases set in. It has a bold pink hem and a pretty floral fabric as trim. It pulls over your head with no openings.

Chest - 20. 25" across (but has a drawstring to cinch it)

Hips - 24. 75" across

Length - 44. 25"

Condition - The only flaw I found is some discoloration on the pink part at the hem
