Amazing find and in really great condition even for age.

I don't see any sweat stains, material rot or damage other than some dark streaks on edge of hem and a few small marks probably from years of being stored and moved. I really believe these will fade if not disappear with a professional cleaning and the dress is very solid as far as material etc it should be okay to take to a good cleaner unlike some more delicate items of this era.

This gown has a super long train and there is a little handle under the center of train that needs repair

I love the detail in the train how it was pulled in center for that dramatic effect.

All buttons are there and no rust which is pretty amazing for near 100 yrs old.

Its not perfect but its close for age and it has its original head piece which the form is good and the lace on form but the tulle has some small holes through out but wearable as is.

No size but would estimate a current Medium

it is shown un pinned on mannequin and you can see it is a bit large She measures apx 34 x 28 x 36 and apx 5'9"

I think this was meant to be worn at ankles and the train to drag.

Measurements are all taken flat back seam to seam or pit to pit for bust, waist and hips so please double and remember that bust also has some darts >. Better to be a bit big than too small as you can always alter.
