Antique shell cameo brooch also with a pendant bale. Rare left facing lady with flower in her hair and at her neck. Twisted chased design around the frame. Frame is nicely done and gold tone but did not test as 14k. May be low karat gold or gold fill.
Measures about 1" tall and .75" wide. The pin closes with a C clasp.
Excellent antique condition.
