Vintage 20s Pale Pink Gingham Dress - has fabric belt that fits 28" max waist with heavy large button and ruffle trimmed sash!
Sheer panel at the center chest has little buttons and pintucking. Material is thin and very soft. Pullover style - keep this in mind that you will have to pull over your shoulders/chest when looking at measurements.
Measurements of garment: Leave room for movement/breathing, as you can see the fit on XS model, this looks nice with a bit of drape, not tight. 20" underarm to underarm (40" around bust - model has 31" bust)
20. 5" across waist so 40" around (boxy cut), 46" hip, 14" shoulder, 15" sleeve, 48" long. - Model is 5'1" for comparison.
Condition: Very wearable with care. One sleeve end has an open seam as shown, could be delicately hand sewn back together. Other sleeve has small fray and short stitch repair. (see closeups on top of first collage)
Small faint spot on top of one sleeve. Thin, small fray on other sleeve's underarm area. Tiny fray above waist. Tiny thin spot on chest. Button holes are on the loose side but still hold. Price reflects flaws. There is great rarity of such a dress from this era. One of a kind.
