This is a late 1920s, early 1930s pheasant feather cloche with a lace and velvet lining. The hat is a beautiful patchwork of different colored feathers but does have some damage. It's nothing too severe and it's definitely something that can be fixed. There are a few feathers missing on the top of the hat, some damage to feathers around the sides, and there's a bit of moth damage on the inside velvet. Please zoom in and examine the photos carefully. The hat still presents very nicely and due to the location of the damage, it's not noticeable when worn.
