The part of this that is from the 20s or 30s is the part on top, which was added to a new alligator clip. I had an amazing but broken Art Deco bracelet (or necklace?) and I took 3 links and put it on this tie bar base. The tie bar is goldtone and the Art Deco pieces are silvertone. The Deco pieces are full of Deco details. Some rhinestones may look dark, but that depends on the angle at which you look at it, so check all the photos! The bevel-set "emerald" triangles have facets but these are not an easy shape to find and indicative of their age! The base is an alligator clip. Ruler set for size. All stones are original to the pieces.
