Crafted in a wide weave cellophane straw with the deep rounded crown and face framing brim. Hat band is a taupe velvet and the front holds 4 large ivory silk and velvet roses.

Interior is finished with a tan grosgrain ribbon.

Inner circumference is 20 inches so it is a very small hat. Measuring on the outside, side to side, it is 15 inches.

As for the condition, the interior ribbon is soiled and the florals show age and wear.
