Art deco era drop-waist 1920s flapper dress in sheer black silk georgette. Self-fabric belt accented with oval rhinestone buckle. Pleats and tuck detailing. Narrow long sleeves with gathers at the elbows and tiny tucks at the wrist. Tiny black snaps close the wrist and there is a row of them on one shoulder. It has an attached slip lining in the bodice. Downton Abby Great Gatsby style!

- label - None. Has some hand stitching, but appears commercially made.

- condition - Excellent with dark black color and no fading. No spots or holes were found.
