Vintage 1920s 1930s style in blue violet floral print. 1980s dress. Flutter hem. nautical style. drop waist. by Act 2 Made in USA. Size 11 12. VFG

FEATURES:

Violet blue "abstract" floral typical of the 1980s on black background. polka dots.

Nautical feel with oversized collar and black necktie.

long waist with full bodice

long sleeves with cuffs.

Long midi skirt with flutter hem.

skinny Elastic waist.

Sheer fabric with black acetate lining of bodice- sleeves and skirt aren't lined.

Straight skirt.

Shoulder pads attached but could be removed.

Full pleated sleeves.

MEASUREMENTS:

SHOULDERS 15 at seam, 17 to end of shoulder pads.

WAIST 26 relaxed- thin elastic stretches up to 30+

SKIRT LENGTH 35

CONDITION: Vibrant and even color. Texture fine. Elastic still in good shape. On the flutter hem it has triangle inserts to create the effect, and I found a small hem repair about 1. 5 inch which is visible only at close inspection. Otherwise everything is in good condition.
