This is a darling vintage Liz Claiborne 1990s circle skirt. The fabric is so soft and fun! It is a very lightweight flannel cotton. It would be a dream to wear- light but warm. I love the colors: blue and green with a little yellow in a fun plaid design.

The skirt has pockets! Very handy. It has a waist band and closes with 2 buttons. The skirt is so full and fun! I wish it fit me because I just want to go walking in it. This seems like a perfect skirt for fall, winter and into early spring. It would look darling with a blue or green sweater! The skirt is perfect to wear to a dance, a game, to work or to school. It has a 1950s vibe!

It is in great condition and the flannel doesn't seem old or pilled.
The tag says women's 4.
