Lovely 1970-80s does 1950's dress by Kiva Seersucker Short Sleeve Dress, red and white pinstripes, Modern Medium. Pockets on both sides! I did not photograph it with a crinoline but it would look amazing that way as well.

Shoulders have pads and are 16" across flat, Bust 36", gathered waist is elastic and 24" flat with a belt that fits up to 29", length 47". Button up front with eye hook at waist. Amazing that it still has its belt! Pinup, Fit and Flare, Excellent condition, Tea Party dress.
