1963 Vintage Dark Green Velvet Party Dress Full Skirt Split Sleeve Pinup Size S

Gorgeous deep green velvet, pleated elbows and wide pleats at waist for the perfect early 60’s silhouette.

Lighter green material lines the top and split sleeve can be worn folded up to show contrast or folded down.

Crinoline lined skirt to give it a fuller flattering look.

This dress was actually my mother’s New Years Eve dress in 1963 and was handmade by her!

There are a few flaws due to age and storage. A light spot on the skirt (not noticeable when worn), a small tear in the right elbow (needs to be mended, I’m not the best seamstress so leaving this to someone better) and the crinoline has flaws. Please see the last photos. Overall good vintage condition.
