Black Louis Feraud mid-length Cocktail Dress with dozens of sheer silk "leaves" forming the puffed elbow-length balloon sleeves, and draping down the flared skirt in multiple overlapping layers. Fitted bandeau center portion is solid black velvet, with a sheer black mesh overlay from chest to shoulder. Marked size 10, but runs much smaller (my mannequin is size 4 and the dress closes tight). excellent vintage condition. Content: Viscose/silk blend

There is a black satin weave belt, ripped a bit in the middle, that comes with the dress (not sure if it's an original or was added by the previous owner)
