This fun high neck retro cotton blouse speaks of 1960s and 1970s. It is a soft white cotton and has darling Juliet type sleeves with a band of brown elastic thread on the middle of the sleeve. The blouse is in great shape. It has a union tag and is made in the USA. The cotton is very lightweight and slightly see through...you may want something under the blouse. But it will be cool in the summer too!

This blouse was stored at my elderly neighbor's home. I believe her daughter wore it in the 1960s or early 1970s. I am selling the skirt separately, but I think they go together very well!

2 small stains on the bottom of the blouse, which if you tuck it in you will not see. They are very faint and about 1/2" in size. I've taken picture and will add them.
