Authentic Original 1956 Better Homes and Gardens Decorating Book Sleeve

This is a collectors piece, and a beautifully preserved 1956 ORIGINAL VINTAGE, NOT REPRINT book.

See pictures. In excellent condition, it does have a very aging to the color, that pastel yellow color fade. The inside of the book has been incredibly well maintained, and is held together by 5 strong metal binders and the plaster protectors to make sure pages don't get torn. There is some slight rust showing on the bottom of the binder metal. See picture. On the hard Sleeve the book comes in, there is a small dent, noticeable on the first few shots I took for it.

Each page is in great shape. The plastic coating and covering is in excellent shape. No rips or tears, neigh even scuffing on the interiors.

Pics indicate the great condition this was kept in.

This is a very hard to find and rare book, and in this state, even more impressive.
