This gorgeous peignoir set was loving packed away in a cedar chest until now. 1950s nylon by Eye-ful , size 32. Set consists of nightgown and robe.

Nightgown is 2 layers of sheer nylon, light pink under light green, creates a beautiful effect. Gathered bodice with ruffled edge. Looped spaghetti straps. Fitted midriff. one belt loop that holds a green velvet ribbon tie belt.

Robe is made of matching fabric with a gathered home and high ruffled neck. Closes at top with 2 matching fabric covered buttons. Gorgeous puff sleeves with elastic at wide ruffle edges. The matching green velvet tie with floral ends is optional as is the big flower at neck (I just tucked it in the button hole).

This gorgeous set is in excellent vintage condition with the exception of the flowers being slightly crushed from storage.

bust has elastic at edge for fit 14 in. without stretching 16 in. max

midriff also has some elastic at seams 11 in. without stretching will stretch to 13 1/2 in.

skirt is full

length measuring from where strap attaches at back to edge 35 in.

robe

shoulders seam to seam 16 in.

bust to hem is quite full

sleeves from shoulder seam to where ruffle starts 11 1/2 in.

ruffle 2 3/4 in.
