Lovely floral "Gouda" vase probably made in or around 1919 I believe from the "Y" mark in the style number on the base. It also includes an embossed stamped and is signed Rhodn Royal Zuid.Holland plus the initials "P.W". It includes the signature matte glaze known as the Rhodian process. Hand painted with pretty and colorful period details these have become very collectable pieces.

In very good vintage condition with just some signs of wear and age, most notably on the inside green where a water line has formed. The design itself has marks and slight imprecations which is part of the hand painted application.
