Very unique ivory feather turban style hat dating to the early 20th century. Body is a black velvet with only the crown showing. Sides are completely covered in short off-white feathers. Interior is lined with a black fabric.

Inner circumference is 24 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.

As for the condition, the feathers are loose. They need to be glued down by an expert.
