From my archive/study collection to yours...This is a fabulous antique or vintage set of collar and cuffs from circa 1920's. It is made of the most delicate silk crepe in the palest of pink hues. Both collar and cuffs feature silk embroidery throughout and gimped edges with tiny dots. The collar is slightly more ornate in design and has the addition of ivory-color seed beads which amplify the design. The cuffs are attached to thin bias-cut fabric edgings. These might be worn again, if they were backed and secured and handled very gingerly, however, I would suggest using them for study or copy due to their obviously fragile condition.
