This is a beautiful vintage 2000's cocktail dress made by "Teddi Evening". It is made of a stunning, sheer midnight blue mesh fabric with black flocked velvet flowers and a silver sparkle under layer (Polyetser/Nylon). It features a V back and a flattering, curve skimming fit. This is new, never worn, with all original labels and tags still attached! RN# 75726

Labeled a size 12 Petite- Has stretch, please use the measurements for an accurate fit.
Measures: 37" - 45" Bust, 35" - 44" waist, 45" -54" hips, 52" long shoulder to hem.
