Y2K vintage sparkling turquoise backless formal gown by City Triangles. Super stretchy with all over blue glitter. Scoop neckline with the thinnest elastic spaghetti straps. The straps can be twisted or crossed over for a variety of neckline and back designs. Very fitted bodice, waist and hips. Completely backless to the waist. Slit at the back of the skirt. No lining. No closures. Pulls over the head and clings to the body.
