This from 2001 exactly. This logo has been defunct for about 21 years.
Once again, never look at clothing as it stands. This strapless jumpsuit has smocked elastic bodice and loose wide legs. Flowy Rayon, of course. It comes with a matching sash, and that's where the possibilities begin. The sash was wrapped around the mannequin neck a few times and then inserted into the strapless bodice, where it can be held with pins to get a halter look. (A lot of clothing sold here is usually cast "outside the box" in this shop, so take a look at the rest if you have the time, because the shop motto is "It's not THAT you wear it, it's HOW you wear it!") There's so much more to be done with that sash (other than tying it around the waist. You can always find a cute belt for THAT). Once again, I'm saying "Have fun playing with it!".
