An extremely rare true 2000s Y2K vintage Betsey Johnson gem. This cream boho peasant top features a fully smocked waist, smocked puff sleeves, and colorful floral embroidery with rainbow tie neck. Red embroidered trim. A true vintage Betsey collector's item. Size 8.

Measurements taken laying flat:

Chest: 18 in
Waist: 10 inches (stretches to 22 inches)

Fair pre-owned condition. This was a treasured and well-loved vintage piece. There are various marks throughout mostly on the front and back of left shoulder and at the smocked waist. There is some faint yellowing in the underarm area, hard to see due to the cream color of the garment. See last five photos for close-ups. I have not had it dry-cleaned and I have not tried any stain treatment due to its age and don't know if the issues will resolve with cleaning. Personally, I do not find these flaws take away from how absolutely gorgeous and unique this Betsey piece is.
