Y2K vintage cobalt blue glittering maxi gown by All That Jazz. Bright blue poly maxi with a sheer cobalt blue mesh overlay. The mesh is embellished with swirls of aurora borealis and silver GLITTER. It's difficult to photograph but its very shimmery and iridescent. High scoop neckline. Almost racer-like back. Fitted to the body top to bottom. Slit at the back of the skirt. Nylon zipper at the back.
