From the early 2000's, this stretch bodycon fringe number can be a dress or a skirt...

This super stretch, ribbed knit piece may be worn as either a skirt, or a strapless dress (wear it with a belt, for a chic dress look). Made from a slinky, lightweight rayon/nylon/spandex blend, this is a great bodycon piece, that clings to the form. It simply consists of a solid black ribbed knit main section, elasticized banded top, and colorful fringe string hem. From party-wear label of the late 90's to 2000's, Bisou Bisou (by designer Michele Bohbot), this piece just begs to be danced in! No lining, pockets, or other design details to note. Overall condition is excellent, with the original elastic replaced, and little to no signs of wear, witht the exception of one shorter black fringe piece -please review photographs for full details. Only labels read 'Bisou Bisou, Michele Bohbot, size small, 88% rayon/10% nylon/2% spandex, made in Hong Kong, hand wash in cold water'.

Measurements:

- elastic band width stretches from 24 inches to 34 inches
- main body stretches from 21 inches to 36 inches
- 40 inch total length including fringes
- 4 inch approximate fringe length
