2000's Black and White Cold Shoulder Ruffled Blouse by Anne Fontaine.
We're kinda obsessed with this top and the entire look on our model. She looks like a simple piece but has so many fun features for lots of styling options. The fabric, as always with Anne Fontaine, is stunning. It's made from a super soft, semi-sheer black patterned and velvet textured semi-sheer fabric.
We love that it buttons up to a sweet shirt collar and has a drawstring tie feature on the back. Tag size European 40. Features 11 tiny buttons up front.
