Super soft vintage deadstock denim was used to make this garment in 2001. Size is large, so it will fit a range of body types from small to large or even XL, depending on desired fit and style. Sleeves are shown cuffed but can be unrolled to the wrist. Shown on a S-M model for that oversized Madewell vibe.

The word denim derives from Serge de Nimes and it has been woven in France since 200 A. D. It first arrived on this continent in 1492, as the fabric used for the sails on Christopher Columbus' ships. Denim is a sturdy cotton twill, woven in a tight diagonal pattern for increased strength. Orvis Vintage Denim, prewashed for softness, carries on the legend of easy care and durability.
