Tiered ruffled skirt with layers of tulle and polyester. Back zipper closure. Mini, above the knee length.

Great vintage condition with some minor flaws. There are some white smudges on a couple of the hearts on the back of the skirt and some holes in the netting. See last photo for a closer look.
