What is Thrilling?

Thrilling is the premier online marketplace of vintage and luxury secondhand items from the best boutiques across the United States. We currently host over 2000 stores in more than 300 cities. Thrilling makes it fun and easy to find unique, high-quality vintage clothing online—no matter what you’re looking for.


How long does it take to get my items?

Since every item is sold and shipped from directly from a vintage store your items can take 1-2 days to show up on the tracking, but you should have your item within 3 -5 business days. 


How much is shipping? 

The items you buy on Thrilling are shipped directly from the stores. Our shipping rates vary by how many items you purchase at once. The more items you get in one order the lower are the total shipping fees. Shipping rates are as follows:

  • $8.95 to ship 1 item
  • $14.95 to ship 2 items
  • $19.95 to ship 3 and more items

Is it possible to expedite shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need an item for a special occasion or event, we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure delivery is on time. Thank you for understanding!

 

Why are my packages coming separately?

Every item is sold and shipped from an independent vintage boutique from across the US. If you ordered more than one item, it’s possible they are coming from more than one store. 


What if my shipment hasn’t arrived? 

We are here to help! Send an email to help@shopthrilling.com with your order number and we can see what’s going on. 


Where can I find my tracking number?

You should have gotten an email with the tracking number(s) of your package(s). If you can’t find the email, you can also login to your account on shopthrilling.com and it will be there. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to help@shopthrilling.com and we can provide it for you. 


My package is lost.

If your item is lost or damaged in the mail, your best recourse is to reach out to the carrier. Unfortunately in these situations we are unable to offer a refund.


Return Policy 

All items are Final Sale. Unfortunately, we can't take returns at this time. 

 

How can I find a specific seller?

You can either search for the store name in the search bar or from a product that you like you can also click on the store name (under the title of the item ) to see more products from that store. 


Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure! If your items haven’t shipped yet, we can definitely help you change or cancel the order. Reach out to help@shopthrilling.com and they can assist you. 


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept lots of different methods of payments including all the major credit cards, amazon pay, apple pay, facebook pay, paypal, afterpay and even venmo!


How do I use the digital gift card?

Your gift card will contain a gift card code that you can apply at Checkout. Enter this code into the field above your cart total. Once you hit "Apply," the amount on your gift card will be deducted from your cart total.

You can use multiple digital gift cards in one transaction, and gift card codes can be combined with discount codes.

Please note that the last day to redeem your gift card is Wednesday November 30th, 2022. We won't be accepting any gift cards after at 11:59 PM PST Wednesday November 30th, 2022.


How do I send a gift card?

To send a gift card, visit our gift card page, select the amount you want to give from our drop down, and click "Send as a Gift." You can choose to send the card through email, IM (you'll receive a link to use with your preferred messaging app), or to print and download. Once you've filled out all the details, simply add the item to cart like you would any other purchase.

Gift cards never expire, so we think they make the perfect gift.

 

I have two discount codes that I want to use at check out is that possible?

At this time, discount codes cannot be combined.

 

I want to use a discount on a sale item, is that possible?

Unfortunately, at this time discounts cannot apply to sale items.
