Vintage Fendi

Fendi, the Italian luxury fashion house, was started in a small boutique in Rome, founded in 1925 by Adele and Edoardo Fendi. The furrier and handbag maker was nearly an instant success and became coveted by the international fashion scene.

Iconic fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, who also led Chanel for decades, joined Fendi in 1965 and continued to be their top creative for more than 50 years. Though there was a lead designer, the house remained a family affair up until 2000 when Fendi joined the prestigious LVMH Group.

Fendi has made some of the most iconic and recognizable handbags in the world. From the Fendi's Peekaboo style to its nostalgic '90s Baguette made uber famous by the hit television show “Sex and the City”, Fendi’s vintage investment bags have remained popular throughout the decades. Vintage enthusiasts love Fendi's vintage furs, vintage skirts, jackets, and tailored dresses, as well.
