Absolutely gorgeous 1970s polka dot dress. When I saw this I almost passed it up because I thought it was modern. It’s in such immaculate condition. Soo glad I took a closer look. Beautiful ruffle shoulder gown by Julie Miller of California. Of course California. This is so Minnie inspired. Looser weave Cotton that almost feels like linen lined in poly. No belt. Labeled a vintage 10. Pit to pit: 18”. Waist: 29”.
