Vintage 1970's micro dot hostess dress is the perfect thing to throw on when company's coming...or whenever. Front gathered bodice adorned with faux pearl buttons (non-working), back nylon zip, banded cuffs, and v-neck. Full sweep, blousen sleeves. Looks to be handmade, no tags. Polyester.
