CLOSURES: Three pairs of large flat plastic buttons down the front, one set on the bodice and two for the front skirt placket with a pair of snaps at the waist.

CONDITION: New Old Stock, never worn, with price tag ($3. 99!) still attached. I don't see any issues at all. The dress has belt loops but its original belt is missing. I have shown it in photos with a black leather belt from my closet that is not included with purchase.
