Mod 1960s fur felt hat in winter white, with black ribbon band and cute side ribbon with vertical tails. Black piping around the turned-up brim really adds the perfect touch! By Genevieve Original. It measures 21. 25" in circumference. Brim is 2" wide (excluding the part that's rolled up, and it stands approx. 6" high. Good condition.
