So cute for wear or decor for a birthday party or nursery hung on the wall or sitting on dresser

Probably dead stock and never worn

They are in good shape but a bit stiff on the bottom. Not sure if this was normal back then or if it has hardened over time

Still bendable a bit so probably wearable!
