I LOVE vintage blazers. Period. Despite living in the tropics, I wear them a lot. This one is not like many from my personal collection, in that it's pretty subdued. It is from Armani's more middle of the road line, Armani Collezioni, and I feel it's from the late 80s, early 90s. It definitely still reads Armani in the straightforward silhouette, but it is made of cotton, rather than the silks and wools of the other vintage blazers I have available. The cuffs and edging are made of a contrasting off white tone on tone Damask striped cotton, which gives a lot of visual interest. I love that it is a form fitting feminine silhouette, too.

~CONDITION:

Very good vintage condition. There is a button missing at the top, and a couple others are loose- totally easy fix-but other than that, this coat is in great shape. I had to guess at the materials used; there doesn't seem to be a fiber content tag on it. I have gone ahead and done a Woolite at home dry cleaning (after getting it professionally dry cleaned when I got it) to prepare it for its next stop in life.
